Top 5 Medical Apps on Android in Panama Q3 2021

During the third quarter of 2021, the medical app landscape on the Android platform in Panama saw notable activity. Here’s a look at the performance of the top five medical apps, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Protégete Panamá had a varied download trend throughout the quarter. Starting with 2.2K downloads at the end of June, the app experienced a dip to around 1.4K in mid-July, followed by an increase to 2.5K in early August. By the end of September, downloads had decreased again to approximately 1.3K.

FarmaValue maintained a relatively consistent download rate, beginning the quarter with 1.5K downloads and ending at around 960. The app saw its highest weekly active users in early August, peaking at 3.4K, before stabilizing to 3K by the end of September.

SATUSEHAT Mobile showed an upward trend in both downloads and active users after its release in early August. Weekly downloads started at 739 and surged to nearly 2K by mid-September. Active users followed a similar trajectory, beginning with 645 and climbing to over 4.1K by the end of the quarter.

TousAntiCovid had a fluctuating download pattern, starting with 1.5K downloads at the end of June, then dropping to a low of 301 in early August, before slightly recovering to 641 by mid-September. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 8.1K in late June to 8.7K in mid-September.
